Description
French two train figural mystery clock second half 19e century.
The clock has a black marble base with a bronzed spelter sculptural figure. The special movement is completely restored and in perfect working order, it has an outside countwheel striking on a bell.
The 10cm black marble dial within a cast ormolu bezel and stepped case surmounted by the figure of a Classical standing robed maiden holding aloft the pendulum with bevelled glass bob.
The clock is in a perfect condition.
Total height 83 cm. Figure 54 cm high.
Marble base is 33 cm wide and 21cm deep.
