This very nice Cartel clock is made by Charles Voisin and is in a perfect condition, recently completely restored.

Charles Voisin was born in 1686 and started working in 1708, in 1710 he became Master-Clockmaker, he died in the age of 74 years in 1760.

The clock-case is in Boulle technics, turtle and brass and is completely original, only the pendulum is replaced was missing.

The mechanism has a verge escarpment with silk suspension,  mechanism runs at least 8 days and strikes the hours and half-hours on a surmounted bell.

Dimensions: High totally 84 cm.

Console wide 31 cm, high 24 cm.
