Attractive French gilt and patinated sculptural mantel clock, circa 1815-1820.

Bronze dial with Roman numerals, signed Alphonse Claude in Paris.

Bell striking 8 day anchor  movement with silk suspended pendulum. The cloak represent “Chronos”  and has excellent very fine  bronze work.

 

Dimensions: Height 46 cm, width 25,5 cm and depth 11 cm.
